SIGN UP TO CROSSFIT BASICS

Meet with our professional coaches and get familiar with the basic foundation movements used in our CrossFit classes. You start your CrossFit journey with 3 x One-On-One sessions with one of our qualified coaches in a safe and friendly environment.

GET INTO THE GROOVE

Complete 3 x One-On-One Basics sessions with one of our Coaches. You will get to experience what our CrossFit classes are like in a safe environment with professional guidance from your coach before you start attending classes.

BE READY TO SWEAT AND GET FIT

Once you have completed your 3 CrossFit basics sessions with a coach you are ready to spend the rest of the month attending Unlimited CrossFit sessions. Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people.
